As the sun beat down on us, we felt like we were being slowly roasted alive.Despite our discomfort, the staff showed little concern and refused to accommodate our request for a table change or even to move us to a more shaded area. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address our concerns was truly disappointing.Frustrated and uncomfortable, we made the decision to leave before even placing our orders. As a local resident, I can confidently say that I will never be returning.
